Executive Director
Gloria Tulloch was born and raised in the Austin Community in west Chicago, Illinois. She has a strong connection to the plight of adults living in underserved communities because she was once one of those young adults. As Executive Director of Missing Link Ministries, she is committed to empowering adults to thrive within their homes and communities. Providing access to adequate training and certification programs is key to forging career paths for adults. Gloria is committed to the mission of the organization and to operating as a catalyst for personal and community growth.
